A shared purpose was a new concept for a blended organization in the midst of a merger. Prior to launching a new brand platform, the idea of purpose and, more importantly, the power of it was introduced through a water bottle.

Solution

Prior to launching a new brand platform with employees, the idea of purpose and, more importantly, the power of it was introduced through a little swag. Every employee received a branded S’well bottle and insert highlighting how purpose can be disruptive and profitable.

 
 

The insert showcased how S’well’s purpose to rid the world of single-use water bottles disrupted an industry and created a $9M business.
